Cecd is a leading organization that working on raising awareness of community people and vulnerable population groups of Climate Change and social effect by Art based Communication.

Cecd designed a 2 hours performance by local indigenous people with songs, short plays and dances conveying IEC (information Education Communication) messages to target audiences. All of messages used for awareness raising purposes can be composed into songs dance and musical plays or short play using local folklore or traditional melodies to illustrate the message. With diversifying art item the Art based communication worked very well in educating public to change their behavior and practice. Each night IEC performance could attract more than local 500 audiences and they also participate in quiz show with questions related to development contents. The Art based communication approach is considered the best model to wake up local community people in term of IEC and BCC ( Behavior Change Communication)! Cecd team are consist of professional musicians, professional dancers and actors and actresses from National theatre of Viet Nam. They are happy to carry out their work with most vulnerable people: the poor, the HIV/AIDS groups and Ethnic Minority groups in Viet Nam.
