Thanks for Singapore International Foundation (SIF)sponsor the Art for good Fellowship to CECD Executive Director Ms Pham Thi Hong who attending the Culture and Art Exchanges in Singapore in November 2018 and in Chennai, India in February 2019 together with 30 other fellows from allover the world!
